Sparkly dots and Chevrons!

I saw this post by Nailasaurus and decided it would be perfect! I used two of my swap polishes, Nails Inc. Basil Street as the base, and Barry M Bright Red, OPI Glitzerland as accents. The black was from a Milani striper. I used dotting tools and a nail art brush.
